📄 Cancellation Policy – GO Transport
At Transportes GO, we value your time and ours. That's why we have a clear cancellation policy to guarantee a responsible and respectful experience for everyone.
✅ Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance:
A 100% refund of the tour price will be issued, or the tour will be rescheduled at no additional cost, depending on availability.
⏳ Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the tour:
A 30% operating fee applies. The remaining 70% is refunded or can be used as credit toward a future date.
🚫 Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows:
No refunds will be issued. However, in cases of justified force majeure, we will assess the possibility of rescheduling.
🌧️ Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions or closure of the National Park:
The tour will be rescheduled at no cost or 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
📌 Important:
All cancellations must be notified in writing via WhatsApp or email. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days.
